Small Business Technical Assistance
The Business Assistance Center Program (BAC) is a community resource for business information and orientation, training/seminars, financial/accounting services, management assistance, administrative support and incubator space. The BAC program also offers assistance with business plans and loan referrals for financial assistance for prospective business clients of the BAC programs.
The objective of the program is to benefit citizens of Dallas and low/ moderated income residents and business owners within the City's HUD approved census tracts by providing increased job opportunities, neighborhood business services and opportunities for business ownership and economic and community development. Seven BAC offices are strategically located throughout the City of Dallas.
